Founded by Jennifer Chawla, a former FBI Supervisory Investigative Specialist and Program Manager who spent 13 years inside one of the most opaque institutions in the country, TAI Leadership was born out of a simple but urgent truth: the systems we’ve trusted are no longer trustworthy—and they won’t fix themselves.
