TAI Leadership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring public trust by advancing a new model of civic leadership—one rooted in Transparency, Accountability, and Integrity.

Founded by Jennifer Chawla, a former FBI Supervisory Investigative Specialist and Program Manager who spent 13 years inside one of the most opaque institutions in the country, TAI Leadership was born out of a simple but urgent truth: the systems we’ve trusted are no longer trustworthy—and they won’t fix themselves.

Jennifer didn’t leave a powerful institution because she couldn’t hang. She left because she refused to shrink. After years of doing CEO-level work in silence while being treated like she didn’t belong, she chose to step forward and build something different—not a brand, but a blueprint.
